Step 1: Create an account

Step 2: Fill in registration information. (Please be sure that your email address is correct, so that you can receive feedback information)

Step 3: Fill in your personal information, and then you can save information or click "Next" to choose your course.

Step 4: Choose your course, and then click "Submit".

Step 5: Click "Next" after choosing your course, and then upload your photo and attachments.

Step 6: Click "Finish" or "Next".

Step 7: You will see this sentence when course submitted successfully, and then click "Print preview the enrollment record".

Step 8: Print your application form and attachments.

Tip: If the choosing page cannot pop-up when using safari browser, please click setup menu at the top right and uncheck block pop-up window
